Key Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts and produce complete contract documents for plumbing and fire protection systems.
- Develop riser diagrams, equipment schedules, and layout plans.
- Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and conduct site visits to ensure design integrity.
- Assist in project scheduling and resource optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in plumbing and/or fire protection design.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and design calculations.
- Strong understanding of codes, documentation phases (SD, DD, CD), and interdisciplinary coordination.
