A majority employee-owned engineering and surveying firm is seeking a Senior Survey Project Manager to lead and manage survey operations in the West Palm Beach area. This role involves overseeing both field and office activities, providing technical direction, and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects. You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining client relationships, and supporting business development efforts, while operating in a collaborative and technology-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery to meet client objectives, timelines, and budgets
Prepare survey data for field crews, coordinate schedules, and oversee data collection and processing
Review field data, perform adjustments, and ensure quality control of deliverables
Develop and review survey plans, reports, and CAD drawings
Conduct complex boundary and survey analyses and provide clear interpretations of findings
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including budgets, schedules, and staffing
Train and mentor team members and support the implementation of new technologies and workflows
Prepare proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, and project reports
Maintain existing client relationships and support new business development efforts
Participate in client and regulatory meetings as needed
Oversee staff performance including hiring, supervision, and professional development
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 10 years of experience in land surveying, including both field and office work
- Licensed PSM in Florida
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software
- Experience with proposals, cost estimating, and project budgeting
- Strong understanding of boundary analysis and survey quality control practices
- Proven ability to manage projects, staff, and client relationships
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing project financials
- Ability to operate survey equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Salary for this role will range from $140,000-160,000
