What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and deliver geotechnical & CMT engineering projects
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Manage client relationships and drive new business opportunities
- Oversee technical design, field exploration, and reporting
- Collaborate with regional leadership on growth strategy
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of geotechnical, or related civil engineering experience
- PE license (or ability to obtain in Florida)
- Strong communication and client interaction skills
- Interest in leadership, growth, and shaping a regional practice
- Experience with renewable energy, commercial development, or infrastructure projects is a plus
