- Background in geotechnical engineering, ideally with experience in transportation or large-scale infrastructure
- Familiarity with South Florida soil conditions and environmental factors is a plus
- Licensed PE or EIT on track for licensure
- Comfortable with hybrid work and occasional site visits
- Based in or willing to travel to South Florida
- Able to collaborate with senior staff and provide strategic input
