What You'll Lead
You will guide geotechnical technical delivery while also operating as a critical client-facing leader:
- Manage client relationships, proposals, billings, and high-level project decisions.
- Lead a project team of 3-5 staff engineers, providing mentorship, coaching, and training.
- Oversee preparation of geotechnical reports, foundation and retaining wall designs, and construction-phase recommendations.
- Direct field investigations, borings, and construction oversight.
- Support complex analyses, including excavation support and advanced numerical modeling.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Strong business development capability , proposal writing, networking, conferences, and supporting 8-10 active projects.
- Proven experience growing from staff level to senior project responsibilities.
- Ability to mentor, communicate effectively, and collaborate across disciplines including structural, environmental, civil, and transportation teams.
Hybrid visa-support options (including certain transfers) may be available depending on experience.
