Overview
A nationally recognized engineering and restoration firm is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Restoration to lead its restoration division. This executive-level role will oversee project managers, engineering interns (EITs), training staff, and client engagement across a diverse portfolio of structural restoration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership across restoration teams, ensuring excellence in project delivery, technical standards, and client satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor project managers, EITs, and junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Lead client engagement efforts, ensuring clear communication, trust-building, and long-term relationship development.
- Oversee signing and sealing of engineering documents in accordance with state and national codes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategic direction and drive innovation in restoration methodologies.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required).
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and training junior engineers.
- Strong working knowledge of building codes, structural systems, and restoration techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
