We are looking for a people‑focused and organized Human Resources professional to join our team. This role will support the full employee lifecycle and help ensure a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with employees and leadership, balancing day‑to‑day HR administration with longer‑term people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Act as a first point of contact for HR‑related questions from employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with performance management processes and employee reviews
- Support employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
- Help administer benefits, policies, and HR programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Assist with HR reporting and general administrative tasks
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience (4-10 years) in an HR, people operations, or administrative role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with care and integrity
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
