Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 annually

Our client, a forward-thinking architecture and design firm, is expanding their New York studio and looking for a skilled Technical Project Professional to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex design challenges, enjoys leading technical documentation efforts, and is passionate about shaping innovative interior environments.
You'll be working on a wide range of interior architecture projects-spanning corporate offices, commercial spaces, workplace environments, and retail banking interiors. If you're someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, collaborating across disciplines, and seeing projects through from concept to construction, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
- Take ownership of the technical development of interior architecture projects, ensuring quality and coordination across all phases.
- Lead the production of detailed construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD, with a focus on precision and code compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and landlords to align infrastructure and design goals.
- Navigate NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) codes, filing procedures, and national compliance standards with confidence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles within Corporate, Commercial, or Workplace Interiors.
- Strong command of Revit and AutoCAD for producing coordinated construction documentation.
- Deep familiarity with NYC building codes, DOB filing strategies, and national compliance requirements.
- Experience working with base building infrastructure and coordinating with landlords and consultants.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
