Key Responsibilities
主な業務内容

1. Treasury Management
   資金管理

   • Manage payments related to project contracts (e.g.,EPC, O&M, land lease, security,advisors).
     • EPC、O&M、土地賃貸、警備、アドバイザーなどの契約に基づく支払いの管理
   • Handle interest and principal payments in line with financing agreements.
     • 融資契約に基づく利息および元本の支払い管理
   • Monitor revenue collection from project companies.
     • プロジェクト会社の収益回収状況のモニタリング

2. Bookkeeping & Administration
   経理および事務業務

   • Approve and process supplier invoices in accordance with project contracts.
     • プロジェクト契約に基づく請求書の承認および処理

3. Tax Coordination
   税務対応

   • Liaise with external accountants for tax calculations and filings.
     • 外部会計士と連携し、税金の計算および申告を実施

4. Finance Compliance
   財務コンプライアンス

   • Prepare reports required by lenders and finance documents.
     • 融資契約および財務書類に基づく報告書の作成
   • Calculate and submit financial ratios (e.g.,DSCR, Debt/Equity).
     • 財務指標（例：DSCR、負債/資本比率）の計算および提出

5. Reporting
   報告業務

   • Submit monthly asset management reports.
     • 月次アセットマネジメントレポートの提出
   • Provide annual operating reports within 30 days after year-end.
     • 年度末から30日以内に年間運営報告書を提出
   • Prepare financial reports for regulatory bodies as needed.
     • 必要に応じて規制当局向けの財務報告書を作成

Requirements
応募資格

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Asset Management in the energy or real estate sector.
  • エネルギーまたは不動産業界での商業アセットマネジメント経験3-5年
• Fluent in both English and Japanese.
  • 英語および日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • 優れた対人スキルとステークホルダー対応能力
