A well‑established structural engineering consultancy in Long Island is seeking a motivated Junior Structural Engineer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of structural design experience in New York, particularly within commercial and residential new‑build projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the structural design of commercial and residential new‑construction projects

  • Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and technical documentation

  • Collaborate with senior engineers on project planning, analysis, and design development

  • Conduct site visits and support construction administration activities

  • Participate in internal reviews to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and best practices

  • 2-5 years of structural engineering experienc in New York

  • Exposure to commercial and residential new construction
