Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients on all aspects of residential development projects from feasibility through construction acceptance
- Work closely with the Design Manager to ensure technical designs meet client expectations and project requirements
- Oversee all construction‑phase activities and provide project leadership through completion
- Coordinate with municipal utility districts and regulatory agencies
- Prepare contracts, manage submittals, and oversee invoicing
- Participate in business development activities and client relationship management
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license strongly required
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in residential land development engineering
- Proven experience managing projects from early feasibility through construction
- Strong client‑facing and communication skills
- Ability to balance technical leadership with project management responsibilities
