Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Boundary, Topographic, and Location Surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, legal metes and bounds descriptions, and subdivision plans.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Conduct fieldwork, including data collection and verification.
- Perform AutoCAD drafting and maintain precise documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, planners, and other professionals to support multidisciplinary projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Active Professional Land Surveyor License in New Jersey.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with survey instruments and software.
- Ability to prepare and review Boundary, Topographic, and Location Surveys.
