Overview

Seeking a Finance Manager to provide corporate financial planning and analysis and support project financing for large-scale renewable energy projects. This role involves financial modeling, capital raising, and transaction execution in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance & FP&A

  • Develop and maintain financial planning tools and models.
  • Support capital expenditure budgets, including variance analysis.
  • Assist with corporate-level financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Integrate project-level financial outputs into long-term corporate models.

Project Finance & Transactions

  • Build bespoke financial models for debt and tax equity financing structures.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality control of transaction models.
  • Support negotiation of term sheets and definitive agreements for financing structures.
  • Coordinate due diligence with financing parties and manage aspects of financial closing (consultant reports, debt closing model, flow of funds).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with EPC and project teams to maintain budgets and financial standards.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on financial objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project finance (developer, lender, or investor).
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; experience with debt sizing and tax equity structures.
  • Familiarity with capital budgeting tools (e.g., ProCore).
  • High attention to detail and quantitative aptitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, transaction-based environment with tight deadlines.
