Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MEP projects including code compliance, inspections, scope development, design/specifications, and construction administration for systems such as boilers and HVAC.
- Provide technical guidance to project managers and CAD technicians.
- Manage project tasks including site inspections, construction monitoring, and report preparation.
- Attend client meetings and site visits for assigned projects.
- Deliver high-quality consulting services that meet client expectations.
- Promote a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant MEP experience focused on existing buildings.
- Proven success in designing and executing MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of NYC design codes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is a plus.
