Job Title: Environmental Seller/Doer

Location: Mid-Atlantic Remote

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and driven professionals for an Environmental Seller/Doer position to support our Data Center and M&A due diligence Environmental practice. Ideal candidates will bring a strong consulting background and deep expertise in managing complex environmental due diligence projects, particularly for industrial assets and facilities with extensive operational histories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate environmental due diligence projects for industrial, private equity, and legal clients across global markets.
  • Conduct and oversee Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and limited environmental compliance reviews of complex industrial facilities.
  • Support clients with post-transaction integration, including environmental compliance, permitting, reporting, and recordkeeping.
  • Develop and manage proposals, cost estimates, project budgets, and client deliverables for due diligence and compliance engagements.
  • Review site investigation and remediation reports, providing expert analysis on contamination extent and recommending appropriate next steps.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, leading discussions and building long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including junior staff and subject matter experts, to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on M&A due diligence and industrial site assessments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of environmental regulations, site investigation, and remediation strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and managing proposals, budgets, and client communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
