Mid Level Mechanical Estimator
We have a current opportunity for a Mid Level Estimator on a permanent basis. This is a full time position based in Atlanta, Georgia. There is opportunity for hybrid work after training.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate mechanical estimates (piping and plumbing) using Quote Soft.
Review drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine scope of work.
Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
Solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes.
Participate in pre-bid meetings and project handoffs.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical estimating (piping and plumbing).
Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Trimble, Bluebeam, Quick Bid) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid set.
