Ability to bring a crew is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate crews performing concrete and underground utility work
- Oversee installation of storm drains, water mains, and sanitary sewer systems
- Manage pipe drainage operations and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain safety standards and enforce site protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and site plans
- Track daily progress and report to leadership
Qualifications
- Strong experience in heavy civil construction, particularly underground utilities
- Background in storm water, storm drain, or bridge projects
- Ability to lead and motivate crews effectively
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to bring a crew with you is highly desirable
