Headquartered on the East Coast, the firm has built a strong reputation and client base in Northern California, and is now strategically expanding into Southern California. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a seasoned professional with 12+ years of experience who thrives on managing diverse projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

- Base salary starting at $165,000, with potential to exceed $200,000 for top-tier candidates

Key Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on land development and site design
- 5+ years of business development and client-facing leadership, including proposal writing and relationship management
- California PE license (Professional Engineer)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of local regulations, permitting processes, and agency coordination in Southern California
