We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Architect to join a growing architectural practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate architectural projects from design through construction administration.
- Prepare and oversee construction documents, technical detailing, and project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project planning discussions.
- Review drawings and documents for accuracy, quality, and code compliance.
- Mentor and support junior staff as needed.
- Maintain strong communication throughout all phases of project development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 5-15 years of professional architectural experience.
- Architectural licensure preferred, but not required.
- Candidates actively pursuing licensure will be considered.
- Proficiency with Revit and construction document production.
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred Experience
Experience with one or more of the following project types:
- Healthcare
- Commercial
- Multi-family Residential
- Restaurant / Hospitality
