About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Architect to join a well-established, award-winning architecture firm in Memphis, Tennessee. This position is ideal for an architect with 5-15 years of experience who enjoys working closely with clients, leading project teams, and contributing to projects from concept through construction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate architectural projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Develop design concepts, construction documents, and technical detailing.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure project quality, schedule adherence, and budget objectives are met.
- Mentor and support emerging design professionals.
- Oversee project documentation and assist with construction administration activities.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project efforts and resolve technical challenges.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project planning discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 5-15 years of architectural experience.
- Architectural licensure preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of design and technical quality.
