Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Director to lead the successful delivery of large-scale energy storage projects across Australia. This is a senior leadership role requiring exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery experience in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects within energy storage (BESS), EPC, utilities, or PV environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for utility-scale energy storage systems, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement project management frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives to address technical and operational challenges during project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

- Proven Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years in project management within energy, EPC, or utilities sectors.
- Practical delivery experience in PV or BESS projects is essential.
- Problem-Solving Ability:
