With a strong backlog and a reputation for integrity and performance, they're looking to add a Project Manager who can lead complex builds from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
- Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely and quality execution
- Monitor safety, compliance, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide leadership and mentorship to assistant PMs and project engineers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong understanding of ground-up and renovation work in the DFW market
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
