Job Opportunity: Municipal Project Engineer - Site/Civil Design
We are seeking a full-time Project Manager with a strong background in site and civil design to join our growing team. This position offers a professional yet flexible work environment and the opportunity to contribute to impactful municipal and land development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare detailed site and civil design plans for municipal infrastructure projects.
- Assist in the design and review of roadways, stormwater systems, sanitary sewer, and water main improvements.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and site evaluations.
- Prepare construction documents, including specifications and bid packages.
- Coordinate and submit regulatory permit applications.
- Provide construction observation and administration support.
- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.
- Participate in professional development activities, including seminars and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil/site engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
