Project Manager - Land Development
Overview:
Our client, a nationally recognized civil engineering consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager to lead and grow their Los Angeles office. Known for sustainable and innovative design solutions, the firm has a strong presence across the U.S. and is strategically expanding in Southern California. They are looking to expand their Los Angeles office from an annual revenue of $3M per year to $10M, and are looking for a Project Manager to be a focal point of this vision. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced professional who thrives on managing complex projects and mentoring teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $140,000-$160,000, lucrative bonuses, and equity compensation
- 9/80 work schedule (alternate Fridays off) and hybrid flexibility

Key Qualifications:
- California PE license
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development and site design
- Proven experience managing project and mentoring junior engineers
- Strong technical expertise and ability to integrate quickly into diverse projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Familiarity with Southern California permitting processes and agency coordination
- Experience working at public agencies is considered a plus
