🔍 About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex LDAR programs across multiple industrial sites. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing large-scale environmental compliance projects, ensuring regulatory adherence, and driving operational excellence.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for LDAR programs, from planning through execution and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (e.g., EPA Method 21, OOOOa, HON, MACT).
- Manage cross-functional teams including field technicians, data analysts, and compliance officers.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and client communications.
- Analyze emissions data and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in LDAR practices.
🎯 Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in LDAR project management or related environmental compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of LDAR technologies, regulatory frameworks, and best practices.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
