This role reports to the Executive Vice President and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and safety across all phases of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and coordination meetings
- Manage subcontractors and procurement
- Develop and maintain CPM schedules (Microsoft Project)
- Ensure safety compliance and productivity tracking
- Provide accurate cost forecasting and reporting
- Review and approve submittals and takeoffs
- Interface with clients and internal teams
- Support design-build and value engineering efforts
- Deliver high-quality customer service and project outcomes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of mechanical construction project management experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
- Ability to read P&IDs and technical documents (preferred)
- Knowledge of piping and sheet metal systems (preferred)
- AutoCAD experience is a plus
