We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major transmission line project involving 100 miles of line construction and structure replacement for reconductoring. This is a high-profile, $50 million project requiring strong leadership and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of the transmission line and reconductor structure replacement project.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to crews and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Past Lineman Experience (mandatory) - hands-on field experience is essential.
- Proven track record managing large-scale transmission projects.
- Strong understanding of transmission line construction and reconductoring processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and work in various field conditions.
