Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed order, revenue, and margin targets
  • Drive a solution-based, value-selling approach across the full portfolio
  • Expand market share through new customer acquisition (representatives, OEMs, key accounts) and growth within existing customers
  • Identify and capture opportunities in upgrades, energy solutions, and lifecycle services
  • Build strong relationships with consulting engineers to increase specification and design adoption
  • Improve forecast accuracy and planning through active participation in sales and operations processes
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional sales team through coaching, performance management, and capability building
  • Foster a strong, accountable, and results-driven team culture
  • Develop and maintain senior-level customer relationships and represent the organization in key engagements

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • 15-20 years of progressive sales leadership experience in a multinational, multi-location environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving margins, and building high-performing teams
  • Experience operating in matrix organizations with strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to simplify complex challenges
