Role Overview
Demand in Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia continues to see strong double‑digit growth. To support this expansion, the organization seeks a highly experienced commercial leader with a strategic mindset and strong growth orientation to expand the customer base in the Oil & Gas, Chemical and Power sectors within a key global region.
The role requires close engagement with customers, on‑site presence, and relationship building across the vertical market. A proactive, hunter‑type sales approach is essential to meet ambitious growth targets through effective business planning and reporting.
The position is based in Tokyo, Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the sales budget for the O&G, Chemical and Power markets, driving order intake and developing effective strategic plans.
- Collaborate with internal solution support and marketing teams to strengthen branding and positioning as a preferred provider of cooling and heat‑exchange solutions.
- Monitor competitor activity and establish appropriate response and positioning strategies.
- Provide insight into market price developments and trends.
- Implement standardized marketing and sales processes and tools, including CRM use and account planning.
- Promote a culture of compliance and integrity across all customer interactions.
- Understand the key business drivers of target customers and evaluate the implications and opportunities for the company.
