About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales Specialist to drive sales growth by managing and developing project-based opportunities within the building services and facilities sector. This role combines technical knowledge with strong commercial acumen to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure project sales opportunities within HVAC, building services, and related sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project specifications and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in project sales within HVAC, building services, or mechanical/electrical sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications and project requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project sales or business development.
