Overview
This firm is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join its small, high performing team in Frisco, Colorado. This office supports a wide range of land development and municipal infrastructure projects throughout Summit County and across the United States. The role offers a rare combination of a close knit, within a global, ENR Top 3 consulting firm with deep resources, strong collaboration, and a stable, diverse project pipeline.
What You Will Do
* Lead and execute civil site and land development projects with a strong technical focus
* Perform hands on design work including grading, drainage, hydrology, street design, utilities, erosion control, and water quality
* Manage municipal, commercial, and residential projects across Frisco and throughout the country
* Coordinate permitting at the municipal and state levels and navigate regulatory processes
* Collaborate with teams in other offices on national project delivery
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, client communication, and QA/QC
* Provide mentorship and contribute to the growth of an intimate, collaborative team environment
What You Bring
* 10 plus years of experience in land development and civil site design
* Strong technical capabilities in grading, drainage, hydrology, roadway design, and utility design
* Experience working with municipalities and permitting authorities
* PE license required
* Ability to manage projects while remaining deeply involved in technical design
* Interest in working within a small office atmosphere supported by the stability of a global firm
* Candidates with experience living in or relocating from similar mountain or resort communities are encouraged to apply
