The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proven experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects, and the ability to think critically and execute strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee civil/structural engineering and technical design for construction projects across Japan.
- Manage communication and coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical advisory and support from development through construction phases.
- Oversee project progress, construction management, and cost/budget estimation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of civil/structural engineering experience in major infrastructure projects.
- Currently based in Japan.
- Relevant licenses highly valued: 1級土木施工管理技士, 技術士（建設部門）, and valid driving license.
- High proficiency in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Flexibility to relocate according to project locations across Japan.
