Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and multifamily projects. This role requires deep industry knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex project scopes. You would also play a pivotal role in growing the department and helping to bring on new business to strengthen the companies place in the Virginia Electrical Construction market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple large-scale electrical projects simultaneously.
- Mentor and support junior project managers and field teams.
- Drive strategic planning, risk management, and client relations.
- Ensure financial performance and project profitability.
- Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and field operations.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of electrical project management experience.
- Demonstrated success managing projects over $10M.
- Prior experience with an electrical subcontractor in the DMV area.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
