Senior Finance Manager
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial operations and support business growth in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Track and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Deliver clear and insightful financial reports to guide leadership decision-making.
Capital Management & Fundraising
- Manage capital-raising activities, including investor relations, due diligence, and financial storytelling.
- Structure and assess financing solutions for international projects and business expansion.
- Optimize cash flow and working capital to ensure financial sustainability and agility.
Accounting & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and full compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledger.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong governance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business units to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and operational plans.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
- Support project teams with financial oversight during planning and execution phases.
Team Development & Leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in finance, with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Xero or similar platforms).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
