Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial operations and support business growth in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives on building systems, driving insights, and partnering across teams to shape the financial future of a growing organization.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Track and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Deliver clear and insightful financial reports to guide leadership decision-making.

Capital Management & Fundraising

  • Manage capital-raising activities, including investor relations, due diligence, and financial storytelling.
  • Structure and assess financing solutions for international projects and business expansion.
  • Optimize cash flow and working capital to ensure financial sustainability and agility.

Accounting & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and full compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong governance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business units to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and operational plans.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
  • Support project teams with financial oversight during planning and execution phases.

Team Development & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Promote financial literacy and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in finance, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Xero or similar platforms).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
