Overview
A well-established geotechnical consulting firm is looking to add a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to its Portland team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects from investigation through construction, working across a diverse mix of commercial, residential, and infrastructure work throughout the region.

What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate site investigations and geotechnical studies
- Oversee construction monitoring and field activities
- Prepare and review technical reports and recommendations
- Support design and analysis alongside internal engineering teams
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- Strong background in site investigation, fieldwork, and reporting
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Location
- Portland metro area
- Projects primarily across Oregon and Southwest Washington
