About the Role
Our client is a leading environmental engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support its Industrial Private Sector Group in designing and developing water and wastewater treatment facilities. This role provides the opportunity to work on impactful projects within a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design water and wastewater treatment plants and infrastructure.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Develop innovative engineering solutions.
- Lead project teams and collaborate with subconsultants.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Support business development efforts through proposals and negotiations.
- Participate in industry conferences and professional organizations.
- Travel as needed for client and project engagements.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
- 10-15 years of experience in wastewater design/consulting.
- (PE) Professional Engineer license.
- Experience leading projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000-$150,000 (adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and location).
