The Role
The Senior Project Manager will serve as the right hand to the Office Director, helping lead the Dallas team, manage key projects, and mentor junior staff. This is a strategic position with clear visibility and the potential to grow into a future office leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead structural design and project delivery from concept through construction
* Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
* Oversee project teams, budgets, and schedules

Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* PE license required
* 8+ years of experience in structural engineering, with proven project management skills
* Strong technical background and client-facing experience
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
