Senior Project Manager
An industry-leading EPC contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale power, energy, and industrial capital projects. This role will serve as the primary client contact and be responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large EPC projects from award through completion.
- Manage engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, and field execution teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, risk management, and overall project performance.
- Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence across all project phases.
- Support business development efforts, proposals, and client presentations.
- Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project leadership personnel.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of industry experience with 10+ years in Project Management leadership roles.
- Proven success managing large EPC projects within the power, energy, industrial, or midstream sectors.
- Strong background in project execution, client management, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex capital projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; PE license preferred.
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Hybrid
Travel: Occasional project site travel as needed.
