職務概要:
日本国内における太陽光発電事業の商業的成功を推進する役割を担います。戦略的な計画立案、顧客との関係構築、市場分析などを通じて、急速に変化する業界での成長を支援します。
主な職務内容:
- 顧客との年間計画の策定および、月次・四半期ごとの進捗管理
- 価格条件や契約条件の交渉
- 与信条件の調整および、期日内の入金確保
- 月次ベースでの需要・価格・入金予測の作成と週次更新
- チャネル戦略・マーケティング戦略に基づく新規顧客の開拓
- 競合他社の価格動向、営業活動、戦略の調査・分析
- 主要顧客のアカウントマネジメント(チャネル戦略の策定、アカウントプランニング、価格・与信条件の交渉を含む)
- 長期的な顧客関係の構築・維持
- 上司から指示されたその他関連業務
応募資格・スキル要件:
- 電気工学、電力工学、または関連分野における学士号以上(修士号尚可)
- 日本語:ビジネスレベル以上(必須)
※中国語または英語での業務経験がある方は歓迎 - 太陽光発電(PV)業界、蓄電池業界、または関連する新エネルギー分野での法人営業経験(2〜3年以上)
- PV市場の動向や業界構造に関する知識
- 系統連系型(オン・グリッド)および独立型(オフ・グリッド)の太陽光発電システム、ならびにBOS(Balance of System)に関する技術的知識
- 入札案件におけるプロジェクトマネジメント(準備・調整)の経験
- PV業界のバリューチェーンに関する理解、特にダウンストリーム市場の主要影響者や競争環境に関する知見
- 短期間での出張に柔軟に対応できる方
- 高い交渉力・コミュニケーション能力

Position Title: Sales Manager - Solar Power (Japan-based)
Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving commercial success in the solar power business in Japan. This role involves strategic planning, customer relationship management, and market analysis to support business growth in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish annual business plans with customers and monitor progress on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients.
- Manage credit terms and ensure timely payments from customers.
- Prepare and update forecasts for demand, pricing, and payments on a monthly and weekly basis.
- Identify and develop new customer relationships aligned with channel and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on pricing, sales activities, and strategic movements.
- Manage key accounts, including channel strategy development, account planning, and negotiation of pricing and credit terms.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Execute other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese is required; experience with Chinese or English is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the photovoltaic (PV), energy storage, or related new energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of PV market trends and industry structure.
- Technical knowledge of grid-connected and off-grid PV systems, as well as Balance of System (BOS) components.
- Experience in managing tender projects, including preparation and coordination.
- Familiarity with the PV industry value chain, especially downstream market influencers and competitive dynamics.
- Willingness to travel on short notice.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-driven, responsible, detail-oriented, and diligent.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
