A nationally respected engineering firm is seeking a Senior Structural Lead to join its Dallas office and take a leadership role in the design and delivery of complex building projects across a diverse range of sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design efforts from concept through construction across a variety of building types.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to deliver coordinated, high-performance solutions.
- Apply advanced modeling and detailing tools including Revit, RAM, ETABS, Tekla, and SAP2000.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, optimize load paths, and apply performance-based design strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal technical development programs.
- Serve as a client-facing technical lead, supporting business development and proposal efforts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- Active PE license required (Texas or ability to obtain via reciprocity).
- 10+ years of experience in structural design across multiple building types.
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis and BIM tools.
- Proven leadership and client-facing experience.
