About the Role
A nationally respected engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Structural Technician to join its Minneapolis office. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects across healthcare, education, multi-family, hospitality, and more - all while being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality structural drafting and modeling using Revit
- Collaborate with engineers to develop construction documents
- Assist in site visits and field documentation
- Create visual renderings and support project presentations
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team development
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in CAD drafting (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural drafting/modeling
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience with Navisworks and BIM 360 is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
