Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of water resource projects, including flood control, stormwater management, and watershed restoration.
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to develop innovative solutions for water management challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainable practices into project designs.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

- Develop and implement green infrastructure solutions to reduce urban flooding and improve water quality in Los Angeles.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in water resources engineering.
- Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM).
- Strong project management skills and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
