We are partnering with a growing electrical contractor in the Georgetown/Austin area that is looking to hire a driven Service Manager to establish, grow, and lead their commercial service division. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than just managing day-to-day operations. You'll have the autonomy to build a division, develop client relationships, create recurring revenue streams, and play a key role in the company's long-term growth strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the development and growth of a commercial electrical service division
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, property managers, facility managers, and general contractors
- Leverage your existing industry network and book of business to generate new opportunities
- Develop service agreements, maintenance contracts, and recurring revenue streams
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing service team
- Oversee project execution, scheduling, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities throughout the Austin and surrounding markets
- Collaborate with company leadership to establish growth strategies and operational processes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Service Manager within the electrical construction industry
- Strong background in commercial electrical service operations
- Established relationships and industry contacts throughout the Austin market
- Demonstrated ability to generate business and grow revenue
- Experience managing technicians, service teams, and customer accounts
