We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Service Manager to lead a MNC's service operations in Taipei. This is a business-critical role responsible for driving sales growth through data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and strong leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach, deep industry insight, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales service team, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive service-related sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to inform key business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and regional leadership.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Support regional initiatives and contribute to broader strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales service leadership role, preferably within the power systems or related industries.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated people management skills with a track record of building and leading successful teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in power systems, energy infrastructure, or industrial solutions.
- Familiarity with regional market dynamics and customer needs in Taiwan and surrounding areas.
