Superintendent - Water / Wastewater Construction (Lehi, Utah)
We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join a leading heavy civil construction team on a major Water Treatment Plant project in Herriman, Utah. This role is ideal for a professional who is tech-savvy and can serve as a bridge between the field and the office, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors across complex scopes.
- Maintain lookahead schedules and collaborate closely with project management for resource planning.
- Drive operational and tactical decisions, including phasing, risk mitigation, and constructability planning.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in Concrete, Mechanical Piping, and Strategic Planning.
- Proven leadership experience in heavy civil construction, ideally with Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant projects.
- Ability to manage field documentation, QA/QC processes, and compliance requirements.
- Comfortable with technology and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience overseeing multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects.
- OSHA 10/30 certification and familiarity with safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
