Water Wastewater Senior Project Manager
LVI Associates have partered with a well renowed midwest consultancy who are looking to grow there water operations across Missouri. The Water/Wastewater Project Manager will lead the delivery of municipal infrastructure projects, supported by a multidisciplinary team of professionals. This role involves working closely with municipal clients to deliver successful outcomes while navigating and leveraging various project funding sources.
Projects may include water main improvements, wells, water towers, water treatment facilities, wastewater lift stations, sewer mains, and wastewater treatment facilities. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, meet client expectations, and align with overall financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, direction, and execution of complex water and wastewater projects
- Manage project teams and maintain accountability for client satisfaction
- Prepare and oversee budgets, bids, contracts, funding applications, and communication plans
- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple asset types
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Biological Systems Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) licence
- 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater projects, including exposure to funding and regulatory agencies
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant project experience
