The Opportunity
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead the growth of our client's Emporia office, with full support from a network of established teams across the country. You'll be at the forefront of developing the regional presence, shaping local strategy, and delivering high-impact water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
The Emporia office is ready for someone to take ownership and build it out - not just operationally, but culturally and commercially. You'll have the autonomy to lead, the backing to succeed, and the chance to make a lasting mark.
While the role covers the full spectrum of water and wastewater infrastructure, there is a particular preference for experience in Potable Water Systems and Sanitary Sewer Systems. These areas are central to the client's current and future project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept to completion
- Grow and develop the Emporia office with strategic support from other regional teams
- Manage client relationships, project teams, budgets, and timelines
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation
- Drive business development and contribute to long-term growth strategies
