Job Description: As a Wet Utility Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for underground wet utility construction projects. Your role will involve analyzing project specifications, collaborating with project managers and engineers, and ensuring that all estimates are comprehensive and align with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for underground wet utility projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review and evaluate bid proposals and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in bidding on underground wet utility construction projects.
