Base Salary: $135,000
Total Compensation Package: Up to $200,000

You'll play a central role in guiding engineering practices, overseeing revenue growth, and shaping the success of a regional team working with advanced design‑build ground improvement technologies.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all sales, revenue generation, and market strategy activities within the Great Lakes Area.
- Review and approve design‑build geotechnical ground improvement solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies with licensees and region engineers to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of Region Engineers, focusing on capability development and performance excellence.
- Create and implement tailored training programs for engineering and technical sales teams.
- Support licensee engineering teams with technical oversight, design review, troubleshooting, and mentoring.
- Develop pricing strategies, technical approaches, and pursuit strategies for key and high‑visibility projects.
- Contribute to the development and launch of new technical systems, products, and commercial materials.
- Assist with preparation of technical sales proposals and client‑facing documentation.
- Supervise internal and external R&D initiatives, ensuring high‑quality technical output.
- Travel to regional offices to support promotional activities, operational alignment, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and licensee partners to ensure successful feasibility assessments and competitive project bids.
What You'll Need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, construction management, or related industries.
- Strong ability to build interpersonal relationships and optimize cross‑functional resources.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze markets, anticipate changes, and support strategic decision-making.
- In‑depth understanding of soil mechanics, structural loading, and geotechnical system behavior.
- Proven leadership ability within technical or engineering‑driven environments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field required.
- Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred (strong advantage).
