Aviation Project Manager
Their widely respected and growing Aviation Division has an exciting opportunity in the New England office locations for a highly motivated Aviation Project Manager ready to take on a leadership role. The successful candidate will manage multi-disciplinary aviation projects and help develop client relationships throughout New England.
The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, a licensed P.E., and have at least 7 years of progressive experience in aviation-related design, project planning and programming, and project/task management for commercial and general aviation airports.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality products and superior client service
- Managing, planning, and scheduling work efforts on multiple airport improvement projects
- Providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to multi-disciplinary teams
- Leading and presenting at meetings with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
- Maintaining and growing the client base in the Northeast
- Actively participating in industry organizations and events
Desired skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program with a strong technical background
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.); additional state licenses preferred
- Knowledge of and experience in the New England aviation market, including funding sources
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Civil3D
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
